Heres the finished verison.

Yes Ratigan as a Sorcerer...don't like it? too bad lol jk jk.

Anyway this is one of my projects. I might expan a bit more on this because I like how dark and mysterious Ratigan looks.

This is in the medievil era, but magic has been banned and anyone using or learning magic is to be hunted and killed. Because a few centuries back a Band of 3 Powerful sorcerers had used the powers to rade the land and villages. they killed hundreds of thousands. so now in fear that if anyone was to gain these powers again they would repeat history.

Now moving on to Ratigan....stop staring at him and consintrate! (lol sorry) Ratigan is one of the few true sorcerers left. His father was one of the Band and had taught him. and yes I did say that was centuries back but Ratigan being almost even more powerful then his father, after mastering his skills has been aging in reverse. But then will go back to aging normally when he hits 18 and thus repeat. (makes no sense? didn't think so)

thats all i really have so far.

I'm really happy how this came out. the magic...eh not so much but not bad for a first try.

Hello there, had a hard time trying to just talk on your page.
So then I play as Basil of Baker street(human version) In Disney City RP [link]
and we are in need of our most important current villain Ratigan. He used to be Basil's Partner but has Turned to alife of Crime. He's human in our group.
I heard how mutch you love Ratigan and wondered if You RP any or if you would like to RP as him. It doesn't matter that your a girl we have Romance freak here and she plays as Jafar.
